But we already knew this, didn't we?

Washington -- "In dramatic and sometimes agonizing temrs, federal disaster officials warned President Bush and his homeland security chief *before* Hurricane Katrina struck that the strom could breach levees, put lives at risk in New Orleans' Superdome, and overwhelm rescuers, according to confidential video footage...

A top hurricane expert voiced "grave concerns" about the levees and then-Federal Emergency Management Agency chief Michael Brown told the president and Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff that he feared there weren't enough disaster teams to help evacuees at the Superdome. "I'm concerned about their ability to respond to a catastrophe within a catastrophe," Brown told his bosses the afternoon before Katrina made landfall."

Hmmm. Bush lied. What a surprise.

And after this briefing, Bush and his merry men went on with their grandstanding and partying and whatnot while the disaster happened.

We *did* already know this, and more and more evidence builds up to support how much of an unqualified failure he is. Meanwhile, his supporters turn a blind eye to it all and blame the fact these stories come out on "liberal mainstream media."

Bumper sticker idea... "What's the biggest disaster: Katrina, Iraq, or Bush's Presidency?"
